Cokie Roberts On Polanski: "Just Take Him Out And Shoot Him" (VIDEO)

A surprising number of celebrities and media figures have come to the defense of Roman Polanksi, arguing that the famous director should not have to face justice for raping a 13-year-old girl. Journalist Cokie Roberts veered way off in the other direction on Sunday, suggesting that he be killed.

“Roman Polanski is a criminal,” Roberts said on ABC’s “This Week.” “He raped and drugged and raped and sodomized a child. And then was a fugitive from justice. As far as I’m concerned, just take him out and shoot him.”
